For recurring charges applicable to your subscription, or for single unscheduled transaction purchases, you agree that third parties working on our behalf may store your payment information to process such payments. You will honour your payment obligations for services you purchase on the Site.

These Terms of Use, along with all other legal documents incorporated by reference (collectively, the “Terms") set out the legal contract between BOLD LLC (352385), (“FlexJobs”, “we” or “us”) and each end user (the "User", "you" or “your”) with respect to access to and use of our associated Internet properties as linked and offered by us, our subsidiaries and affiliated companies, and any software that we provide to you for download in your mobile devices ("Mobile Apps") (all of these collectively, the “Site”).
